A little bit about the company..
Imbawula Technical Services was established in December 2004 in response to the market opportunities brought about by the economic boom as a result of the change in our country's political dispensation. As a company we are compelled to higher standard of delivery and our initiative has been focused on true Black Economic Empowerment. Our wish is to build a company that reflects the emerging business reality of this country and to this end we have been responsive to the up-liftment of black women and people with disabilities. We've adopted an interdisciplinary approach that is reflected in our company's shareholding. Our main objective is to ensure that our staff through their diverse experience, abilities and application could develop rewarding careers. Instead of paying lip service, we've taken practical steps in aligning and realising the government's policy of black empowerment.
Imbawula Technical Services places a high priority on client satisfaction and meeting client requirements, and pays particular attention to its ability to provide cost effective and professional solution, deliver efficient services, and utilise streamlined processes for managing its outsource clients. The group is inculcating into its staff, the conviction that top quality client service and the capacity to deliver to client demands are non-negotiable and critical to its continued success. Imbawula Technical Services directors are highly qualified with the average years of relevant experience being ten years.
